Reliable Listing | Should You Do Business With Them?

I am an internet marketing consultant for a Minneapolis Landscaping Company in Minnesota.  Yesterday the owner asked me to review an offer he received from a company that cold called him.  We listed his company in Yahoo Local and that is how Reliable Listing got his contact information.

The company sent over a fancy 10 page report “analyzing”  the client’s site.  They highlighted in RED the things he needed to change in GREEN the things that were good.  I can’t express in words how much I despise companies that do this because each one of them is a waste time.

The are produced many times overseas in India by people that don’t analyze your business..  The companies just try to create a fancy report (cookie cutter template) to put fear in the website owner’s mind.  They don’t look to see what the website or each page is about, they are only interested in the end result.

Here is what they sent:  Reliable Listing Proposal

Here is my response:  Reliable Listing Response

This report is to (1) inform internet business owners not to do business with companies like this (2) to specifically tell customer not to do business with Reliable Listings.  On top of all this they have only been in business for a year; that is barely enough time to achieve good search engine goals.  In the next 1-3 months look for this blog post to be on the first page of Google when you type in “Reliable Listings.”  We will see who really knows a thing or two about search engine optimization & brand awareness.

Thank you so much for your “heads up on the Reliable Listing Co. I too was cold called and smelled a rat right from the begining. As I was directed to their website by the sales person, as she explained to me about their “free” proposal. I decided to test them as to how good they were with optimizing their own service on the web. I Google’d “search engine optimization” and interestingly went past the 10th page and never did find them, as I mentioned this to the sales girl, she quickly became nervous and handed me over the her manager Ralph and even he didn’t know what to say and really didn’t even know what they were selling. The best part is this, he said most people know them by their name, and he himself encouraged me to Google “relaible Listing co.” LOLOLOLOLOLO!!!! Bam!, I found your blog and a half a dozen other very negitive listings regarding their shady business practices. Unbeleivable. Good, bad or indiferent. The internet always tells!

    Slander

A type of defamation. Slander is an untruthful oral (spoken) statement about a person that harms the person’s reputation or standing in the community. Because slander is a tort (a civil wrong), the injured person can bring a lawsuit against the person who made the false statement. If the statement is made via broadcast media — for example, over the radio or on TV — it is considered libel, rather than slander, because the statement has the potential to reach a very wide audience.

    Main Entry:Libel

1 a: a written statement in which a plaintiff in certain courts sets forth the cause of action or the relief sought barchaic : a handbill especially attacking or defaming someone

2 a: a written or oral defamatory statement or representation that conveys an unjustly unfavorable impression b (1): a statement or representation published without just cause and tending to expose another to public contempt (2): defamation of a person by written or representational means (3): the publication of blasphemous, treasonable, seditious, or obscene writings or pictures (4): the act, tort, or crime of publishing such a libel.

What this company is doing (Webbizideas.com) along with all Blogers whom HAVE NOT BEEN CLIENTS of this companies service is under penalty of law slandering and defaming the name of this company (ReliableListingServices.com).

The irony that a company that provides the same services as the company that they are defaming (Reliable listing Services) is on the internet for PROFIT.

The company I represent Reliable Listing Services has 7000 clients Nation Wide that are happy with the service (Without Contractual Obligation.)

Webbizideas.com sounds like a SMALL company trying to get more clients in the wrong fashon by defaming a larger national corporation.

If Reliable Listing Services is not successfull at the service for their clients like all other businesses whom can’t fully service all of their clients to the best of the consumers standards (expectations) than after one month they can stop the service.

Sounds etical to me pluss non customers have no right to judge a service or coment on someting they have never tried in the first place.

Example; Disnyland is a horible place to take children! (Well have you ever been to Disneyland) No
Wow thats a credible sorce for guaging that ammusment park.

Bloging has reached its all time low.

Blogging is usefull to find credible consumers and businesses talking truthfully about their services. Not people whom have never even had there business on the internet talking down on a company that they had never used. Instead of truthfull remarks from real customers.

The company (Webbizideas.com) and blogers (Gregg Steele) are breaking the Law and proper actions are currently being taken accordingly.

Just a Lawyers advice Blog carefully because you may not know what your statements will result in future cases.

I am not hear to try and get free links to my web site. I am here for the soul purpose of defending a company who’s services have turned my business around. The information above seems a little fabricated.I have done my due diligence on the company before I used them for my SEO, and listings on Google. My business has received a influx of phone calls since appearing on the front page of the search engines promised by the sales associate.I have also come to find out that the company is led by SEO expert Steve Wiineman, Who is the leading mind in SEO.He appears first on Google when you type in SEO expert.Granted they are a fairly new company. With a couple of quirks to iron out. There business practice and expertise have exceeded my expectations. I have been a client for well over a 6 months. I will continue to work with them.

A company proposal is created to reflect the professionalism of one’s organisation and is there to persuade a buyer that your goods or providers are valuable to them. Along with any other collateral it’s the proposition that you are giving to the customer and what will hopefully win much more function for the business.
